Refund and Returns Policy
Please read carefully before placing your order.
At Qali, each product is handcrafted with love and care. As a small, Made in India brand, we follow a strict no return / no refund policy — with one exception detailed below.
1. No Returns / No Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

Change of mind

Wrong size ordered

Dislike of style or color variation (minor differences due to lighting/screen)
Please double-check sizing, fabric, and details before placing your order.
2. Refunds Only for Damaged Products
A refund or replacement will be offered only if:

The product is physically damaged or defective on arrival

You send a valid unboxing video showing the damage clearly, from the sealed package onwards

You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. -
Replacement or exchange will de delivered with in 5 to 10 Business days
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
We require a continuous, unedited video of the product being unboxed from the sealed parcel.
Without this, we cannot process any claims of damage.
4. How to Raise a Claim
If your product is damaged:

Record the unboxing video clearly

We will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment, as we begin processing immediately.
