Refund and Returns Policy

Please read carefully before placing your order.

At Qali, each product is handcrafted with love and care. As a small, Made in India brand, we follow a strict no return / no refund policy — with one exception detailed below.


1. No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Dislike of style or color variation (minor differences due to lighting/screen)

Please double-check sizing, fabric, and details before placing your order.


2. Refunds Only for Damaged Products

A refund or replacement will be offered only if:

  • The product is physically damaged or defective on arrival

  • You send a valid unboxing video showing the damage clearly, from the sealed package onwards

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

    Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Replacement or exchange will de delivered with in 5 to 10 Business days 


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

We require a continuous, unedited video of the product being unboxed from the sealed parcel.
Without this, we cannot process any claims of damage.


4. How to Raise a Claim

If your product is damaged:

  1. Record the unboxing video clearly

  2. Email us at contactqali@gmail.com with the video, your order ID, and a brief description of the issue

  3. Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 95995 50724

We will review and respond within 2–3 working days.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment, as we begin processing immediately.

  • Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
