    We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateways.

    As each piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

    Orders are processed and Delivered within 3โ€“4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping times may vary based on location and courier availability.

Damaged Products Policy

    If your product arrives damaged, you must share a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This video is required to assess the damage and process any claims.
